  • Wire EDM is best utilized when dimensions
    and tolerances are critical.  We can process
    your high precision parts with .004" diameter
    wire that allows for a corner radius of
    approximately .002".
  • Conventional EDM can create cavities in
    hard to machine shapes and geometry
  • EDM Drilling capabilities range from .005" to
    .160" diameter.
