We consider our Quality Department to be one of the most important areas in our organization...as we strive to exceed the expectations of our customers when it comes to quality. Our temperature controlled Quality Department is equipped with:
o Two Zeiss CMMs. Both CMMs are best of the industry and have
solid model programming capabilities.
o A unique laser scanning system capable of reverse engineering.
o A CNyC vision system with 300x zoom for measurement of
complex miniature components.
Our creative custom gage capability allows us to measure where the competition can't. This capability, along with many other essential gages, help our skilled quality engineers meet the continuously demanding needs of our customers and stay far ahead of the competition.
