Falcon Precision maintains a roster of sources for all your value added needs. We will only work with Nadcap or customer approved suppliers for product requirements.
These sources are approved by our own audit standards. They are continuously monitored for quality and on-time delivery; so that we have only the best suppliers working for our growing customer base of prime contractors.
We are painstakingly diligent in our sophisticated process of flow-down requirements to these suppliers...ensuring that the process is clearly understood. There have been products in which we have had to apply up to 5 finishes in different areas on one piece part. It is only with clear instructions and monitoring that this will be successful. We are very experienced in the order that this must happen at times even machining off certain finishes selectively before the next one is started.
